With a maximum operating temperature of 2300°F, the ProFire TL-600 combines automatic temperature regulation with a clear digital readout, allowing the operator to set and monitor the desired temperature throughout the melting process. The automatic control system maintains the operator-selected temperature for consistent, repeatable operation.

The furnace utilizes a heavy-wall #600 clay-graphite crucible with an integrated pouring spout. Its insulating firebrick lining helps maximize heat retention and efficiency during extended melting cycles.

Hydraulic Tilting & Controlled Pouring

Designed specifically for handling exceptionally large quantities of molten metal, the ProFire TL-600 is equipped with a hydraulic lift system as standard equipment.

The tilting design allows molten metal to be poured directly from the furnace rather than requiring removal of the extremely large crucible. A backing winch provides additional control for precise and safe movement during pouring.

The furnace also incorporates a vented lid that securely latches in the raised position, providing convenient access during loading and operation.
