The ProFire B-20 High-Temperature Burnout Kiln is a large-capacity, professional-grade furnace designed for lost-wax casting, investment burnout, jewelry production, precious-metal work, and other demanding high-temperature applications. Featuring an expansive 20" W x 20" D x 20" H interior chamber, the B-20 provides substantial capacity for larger investment flasks, multiple-flask loads, and high-volume casting operations.

Capable of reaching temperatures up to 2300°F, the ProFire B-20 utilizes a powerful 8,640-watt heating system operating on 240V power at 36 amps, making it an excellent choice for professional casting facilities and production environments requiring greater firing capacity.

Built for durability and repeated firing cycles, the furnace features a rugged stainless steel exterior case reinforced with a heavy-duty angle iron frame. The firing chamber incorporates insulating firebrick and additional backup insulation designed to provide dependable heat retention without packing down or burning out during repeated firings.

A front-loading plug-style door with heavy-duty hinges provides convenient access to the large firing chamber while helping minimize heat loss. Each furnace also includes a heat-indicating pyrometer, setter plate, firing switches, pilot lights, and a 6-foot power cord.

For proper airflow and firing efficiency, maintain approximately 3" of clearance around crucibles, flasks, or other firing materials on all sides when loading the chamber.
